The last auction of 2018 is now open for bidding. Our December Restaurant Equipment Consignment Auction features a large selection of cooking equipment , commercial refrigeration and smallwares. The auction also includes a new S&D Edesa 46" pizza prep table. This unit has never been used and shows no signs of damage. We have also brought in several grills and pig roasters from Meadow Creek BBQ. These roasters are hand crafted in New Holland, PA and can be used in commercial and residential applications. For the serious hunter or anyone processing large quantities of meat, the beautifully refurbished Hobart meat grinder will be of special interest.
